Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not qualify for refunds or returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse

Canceling Orders

Orders can only be canceled within a limited time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
